Our bodies are dying. Every minute brings us closer to the last one. The recent deaths of friends and family have underscored this indisputable fact of life for us.
We do what we can to take care of our bodies, but we cannot avoid our appointment with death. Our bodies are dying on there own. There is nothing we must do or not do for that to happen.
It’s not so with our spirits. If they are to be “renewed day by day,” we must yield ourselves to the Spirit of God “day by day.” What have you done today to facilitate God’s renewal of your spirit? What should you do right now? Please do it.
